Piecework Close is a browser tool that helps work teams and clients reconcile submitted, approved, rework, and scrapped quantities with unit prices and print settlement preparation sheets. It is in beta and run by BSW Beta Lab. These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer.

1. The service and nature of settlement sheets

• Piecework Close is downloaded from this site and runs in your browser. The workspace names, order numbers, team and client names, inspection rounds, and settlement sheets you write stay in your browser and are not sent to the operator.
• This tool calculates quantities and unit prices to produce a settlement preparation sheet. It does not process payments, form legal subcontracting contracts, file taxes, or provide legally binding electronic signatures.
• Piecework Close has no online reporting, notifications, accounts, or sync between devices.

2. Pricing and payment

• Free: 1 space. Batch registration, multi-round inspection, rework conservation, settlement sheet printing, CSV export, and backup all work, and printouts carry a "Piecework Close" credit line.
• Pro: one payment of $29 (USD). Up to 20 spaces, and the credit line on printouts becomes your own space name. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
• Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record, which also calculates tax. Piecework Close never receives your card details.

3. License

After you pay, a license key is sent to you by email. One key can be switched on in up to 3 devices (browsers), and you can release a device to use Piecework Close elsewhere. Do not sell or publish your key. If a key is refunded or disabled, Pro turns off; the data you wrote is not deleted and keeps working within the free limits.

4. Refunds

Ask within 14 days of payment and you get a full refund. Contact us below or use the link in your Lemon Squeezy order email. A refund disables the key.

5. Your responsibility

• You enter the order numbers, quantities, unit prices, and inspection notes. Do not enter government IDs, bank account numbers, passwords, or sensitive personal data.
• Settlement preparation sheets are calculated solely from the quantities and unit prices you enter; final payment, contract execution, and tax compliance remain the responsibility of the parties.

6. Data and backups

Your data lives only in browser storage, so clearing browser data or losing the device can erase it. Download a JSON backup regularly. The operator holds none of your data and cannot recover it.

7. Limits of liability

The beta is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the operator's liability is limited to the amount you paid. Any commercial, contractual, or tax dispute between parties is the users' responsibility.

8. Changes and ending

Features, pricing, and these terms may change. We will not reduce what an already paid license covers. If the service ends, we will announce it on this site first. The JSON backups you downloaded remain yours.

9. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea.
